Applewood is an eight- piece band located in Canon City CO. We play classic rock from the 60's, 70's, 80's and more. We also play a little bit of country music and a few other gems thrown in just for fun.

Applewood has been rockin in and around Canon City since 1976 although some of the current members may not have been born at that time. Jerry Jones is the only original member but has kept the name the same since a good portion of the music we do now has been a part of our repertoir from the beginning.

The current line up of the band is Jerry Jones-guitar and bass, Damon Bass-lead vocals, Sandy Jones-vocals, Nikki Laughllin-vocals, Jessi Hamilton-keyboard and flute, Chris Vodopich-vocals, lead guitar, Seth Murphy -bass and James McDaniel-drums. We often have people sit in with us since many local musicians are familiar with us. We play for local pubs, outdoor festivals and many community events. Applewood music is family friendly and we encourage participation with the band through singing, dancing or playing along with some of the percussion instruments we sometimes hand out just for fun.

We have the ability to provide sound reinforcement for most large indoor/outdoor events and are often called on to do so. We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming event and invite you to contact us for booking information.
